My Favorite Protein Source

For Active CarbBuster

    As an active CarbBuster you're going to have to increase your protein intake. I'm not just talking about active as in cutting carbs from you diet, I'm also talking about including exercise of some type to your lifestyle. If you don't add the protein your body will go after other sources of fuel in your body. That fuel source will in part be muscle as you hold the carbs back.  When protein provides another source of carbs your diet plan will fail. You can continue both a solid diet plan and working on toning your great body when you select the right protein alternative. 
    For me the active lifestyle  includes training for marathon runs. I often times will be running back to back weekly distances over 50 miles while holding carbohydrates to less than 100 per day.
